Delivery

UK delivery typically takes 2–5 working days.
Samples are delivered within 2–4 working days.
All orders are dispatched from UK stock.
You will receive tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Delivery is kerbside — drivers will often assist to the ground floor where possible, but this is not guaranteed.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery where required.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days after items are received and inspected.
Opened, used, fitted, or installed flooring cannot be returned.
